The 100% Living English method allows students to begin their English course any day of the year, with an approach centered on conversation from the very first minute. Classes are organized with total schedule flexibility, where each student chooses when to attend within the academy's available hours.

Face to Face classes are conducted in small groups that include:
- Maximum 7 students per class
- Grouping by identical levels
- Focus on improving grammar naturally
- Native teachers in all sessions

The academy functions as an English island where only English is spoken. Have Fun classes complement learning with activities designed to practice the language in real situations, from British Bash with British slang to themed events like Back to the 80s or Eurovision parties. Each student has a Personal English Coach, an English philologist who provides individual progress monitoring.

The What's Up! Connect platform offers an interactive eCampus accessible from anywhere with four specific modules:
- Situation for real contexts
- Grammar Pill for grammar reinforcement
- Speech Lab for oral practice
- Snacks for comprehension and writing

The network has academies distributed throughout Spain, with more than 25,000 current students and 150,000 courses completed. Available formats include in-person classes, mixed in-person and online format, extracurricular courses for young people aged 12 to 17, Corporate programs for companies both In Company and online, and preparation for official English certificates with their own examination center.
