Evento Empresa

About us

Since 2014, this agency has been working on the creation, planning and design of corporate events and themed parties in Barcelona and Madrid. With over 1,200 events held and more than 1,000 clients who return year after year, the team has its own materials and resources that allow them to offer competitive services for both small and large companies.

The experience accumulated over more than a decade is reflected in different types of activities:

- Themed parties and corporate events
- Family days for employees and their families
- Team building and escape activities
- Sports events
- Activities for adults and children

The team is distinguished by its flexibility and adaptability, characteristics that allowed it to evolve and survive in the face of changes in the sector. Each project is developed from the initial design to execution, with an average rating of 8 out of 10 from attendees. The events are characterized by including proprietary activities such as Musical Bingo and Scalextric, specifically designed for each occasion.

Among the additional services that complement the events are CSR activities, audiovisuals, catering, photobooths, technology, hostesses, tents and decoration. The agency also makes available to its clients numerous artists from different disciplines who work on event animation.

The team accompanies each client from the first contact to the last minute of the event, building experiences that seek to generate integration and well-being in companies and private parties. The values that guide their work include cultural diversity, adaptability, creativity, integration and commitment to each project undertaken.
