About us
This agency is dedicated to organizing events for both individuals and companies in Barcelona. Their proposal includes everything from social events to product presentations, gala dinners and corporate anniversaries. The service also encompasses the search and selection of spaces where events can be held.
The service offer is structured in different modalities:
- Organization of social events with planning adapted to each proposal
- Corporate events such as product presentations, gala dinners and anniversary celebrations
- Management of spaces for events, shootings and professional meetings
- Activities for groups in the city and surroundings
The agency has technical and human resources that include sound equipment, photography services, transfer coordination and hiring of musicians. One of their specialties are package proposals, which allow combining activities and events in one or several days.
Regarding the types of spaces they manage, they work with premises, country houses, unique spaces, hotel lounges, restaurants and terraces. This variety allows them to adapt to different formats and needs depending on the type of celebration or meeting.
The opening hours are Monday to Saturday from 09:00 to 20:30 hours. They offer the possibility of booking 15-minute appointments to learn about each client's ideas and provide advice. They also maintain an updated calendar of events in Barcelona where users can sign up through their newsletter to stay informed about upcoming plans and activities available in the city.
