About us

Dr. Danilo Rivas Nicolls is a plastic and oculoplastic surgeon with solid international training and a distinguished career in Barcelona. Originally from Bolivia, he completed his medical degree at Universidad Privada del Valle and specialized in Plastic, Aesthetic and Reconstructive Surgery through the MIR system at Hospital Universitario Vall d'Hebrón, one of Spain's leading centers.

His training was enriched in highly specialized centers around the world: in Taiwan, at Chan Gun Memorial Hospital, he perfected advanced techniques in head and neck reconstructive microsurgery, facial paralysis, peripheral nerve and breast reconstruction. Subsequently, in India, at Ganga Hospital, he expanded his knowledge in limb reconstruction, burn sequelae and brachial plexus surgery.

Dr. Rivas has collaborated with aesthetic surgery teams in renowned Barcelona hospitals such as Hospital Quirón Dexeus and the medical center Teknon. He currently practices at Hospital Quirón Dexeus and HM Delfos, maintaining a clinical practice focused on facial and eyelid surgery.
