About us
Espai Terapèutic is a kinesiology center located in Barcelona that stands out for applying the muscle feedback technique to reveal and correct hidden imbalances in the body and mind. This modality combines the wisdom of Eastern arts with Western physiological science, allowing the therapist to connect with the subconscious and facilitate the body's natural ability to heal.
The team of professionals at Espai Terapèutic consists of expert kinesiologists who employ manual methods to assess muscular integrity and detect stress of physical, chemical or emotional origin. Thanks to this approach, they not only treat visible symptoms, but address the underlying causes that affect energetic and physiological balance.
The center's specialties include advanced techniques that unite body and mind, seeking to restore balance and improve the quality of life of its patients. Among its values, respect for the organism's rhythm and responses is prioritized, supporting the natural healing process without aggressive interventions.
Espai Terapèutic offers a warm and welcoming environment, with professionals committed to providing close and attentive support. Treatments are designed to adapt to the specific needs of each person, always respecting their individuality and particular condition.
Among the services offered by the center are applied kinesiology, therapeutic massage techniques, dry needling for muscular pain relief, respiratory physiotherapy and therapeutic exercises for functional recovery. In addition, they integrate knowledge of psychoneuroimmunology and nutrition for a multidisciplinary approach that promotes global wellbeing.
The space is equipped to facilitate a calm and effective treatment experience, encouraging the body-mind connection and energetic self-regulation. The philosophy of Espai Terapèutic is based on seeing the patient as a whole, where each imbalance can be detected and addressed through movement and energy.
If you are looking in Barcelona for a center that combines manual techniques with an approach that integrates body, mind and energy, this kinesiology clinic offers a proposal that goes beyond conventional treatment, facilitating deep and conscious healing.
