Servimos Limpiezas

About us

This company has been operating for over 25 years carrying out cleaning work in residential and commercial buildings. The service is structured according to the frequency each community requires, always maintaining the same assigned staff to guarantee continuity and familiarity with the facilities.

Available frequency options include:
- Daily cleaning for communities with constant traffic
- Weekly cleaning with one or two services per week
- Fortnightly cleaning for spaces with little wear
- Monthly cleaning in communities with low movement

The weekly service includes sweeping and mopping from the top floor to the entrance, wiping banisters and mailboxes, cleaning the entrance glass, emptying bins, cleaning the lobby and lift mirror, wiping the facade panel and stairway perfuming. Monthly, detailed cleaning of the lift, banisters, windows, tiles and ceilings is carried out, dusting of fire extinguishers and decorative elements, removal of cobwebs in high areas and cleaning of the entrance door.

The company guarantees response to requests, complaints or incidents within a maximum period of 24 hours. Supervisions are regular and constant, with immediate attention to any eventuality. The service also includes six-monthly interventions upon client request for cleaning of courtyards, terraces and car parks, as well as annual polishing of the lobby.

In addition to residential communities, they work on cleaning staircases, entrances, offices, car parks, commercial premises and offices. In these latter spaces they maintain work areas, meeting rooms and common areas with the same scheme of assigned permanent staff. The service adapts to both small and large buildings, adjusting tasks and frequency according to the size and characteristics of each property.
