About us

The clinic offers surgical treatment to eliminate localized fat deposits in different areas of the body, including face, neck, arms, trunk, abdomen, buttocks, hips, thighs, knees, calves and ankles. The procedure is performed by introducing a fine cannula through small incisions of approximately 5 mm, through which accumulated fat is aspirated.

The main technique used is traditional mechanical aspiration, although alternatives are available for specific cases:

- Ultrasonic liposuction with Lipo Vaser
- Laser-assisted liposuction
- Fat transfer to reuse extracted fat

The center works with patients of relatively normal weight who present fatty accumulations resistant to physical exercise and diet, such as saddlebags located on the outer part of the hip. Firm and elastic skin favors adaptation to the new contour after the intervention.

The treatment is not designed as a weight reduction method nor does it replace slimming diets. It also does not improve skin irregularities known as cellulite nor does it correct asymmetries caused by structural alterations such as scoliosis or spinal deviations.

- Intervention time between 1 and 4 hours
- Outpatient modality or 24-hour admission
- Approximate recovery of 1 week
- Local, epidural or general anesthesia depending on the case

The technique can be combined with other surgical procedures such as facelift, abdominoplasty or thigh lift to tighten supporting structures. A frequent application of fat transfer is volume augmentation in the depression that forms in the lateral areas of the buttocks, using the patient's own extracted fat.
