About us
Psychology center formed by licensed psychologists offering evidence-based therapy for children, adolescents and adults. The center is registered as a healthcare facility with the Department of Health of the Generalitat de Catalunya under number E08610373. It has over 20 years of clinical experience in treating emotional problems and assigns the specialized therapist according to the specific needs of each case, allowing sessions to begin within a few days.
The therapeutic process begins with a psychological evaluation in the first consultation to understand the case, symptoms and needs. This evaluation analyzes emotional symptoms such as anxiety, depression, stress or emotional blockage, the history of the problem and the factors that keep it active. From this evaluation, a treatment plan is defined from the start.
Treatment is based on scientific evidence and is adapted to each patient. The techniques used include:
- Cognitive-behavioral therapy
- Emotional regulation
- Thought restructuring
- Habit and behavior change
The center provides continuous follow-up to ensure stable and progressive improvement. This follow-up includes progress evaluation, treatment adjustment if necessary and reinforcement of achieved advances. The goal is to achieve solid changes and emotional autonomy with measurable results.
Therapy modalities are adapted to the personal, work and family needs of each person. Access to in-person therapy or online therapy is available, with appointments within 3-5 days. The team is multidisciplinary and includes psychologists specialized in different areas and psychological difficulties.
The center offers psychological resources based on scientific evidence that are designed to be simple, practical and applicable in daily life, even outside therapy sessions. In addition to clinical care, it offers training for psychologists and future therapists.
