About us

The center works from a vision that unites mind and body to address emotional distress. The team consists of specialized psychologists who accompany processes related to personal improvement, anxiety, couple relationships, romantic breakups, and work with youth and adolescents. The methodology is based on Gestalt therapy and body techniques that allow the release of accumulated tensions.

The founding psychologist, Marta Ramo, is a graduate of Universidad Ramon Llull de Barcelona and has training in different therapeutic disciplines:

- Master's in Gestalt Therapy
- Training in family and couples constellations with Joan Garriga from Institut Gestalt
- Polarity therapy with Dr. Manel Ballester
- Metamorphic massage according to the Método Violette Prod Hom
- Brief therapy to overcome emotional dependency and strengthen self-esteem
- Yoga teacher from the school Yoga Mandiram Barcelona

This training background allows the center to offer an approach that goes beyond traditional conversation. The idea is that the body harbors deep memories that need attention to release deep-rooted discomfort, which is why verbal resources are combined with somatic interventions.

The team works from a close, human, and rigorous perspective, adapting each process to the person's needs. It starts from the idea that asking for help is the first step to feeling good again and building a more conscious, balanced, and authentic life. Each session seeks to identify the sources of discomfort, explore their origin with respect, and accompany the process of change.

The center serves both adults going through difficulties in their relationships, people facing romantic breakups or who need to work on their self-esteem, as well as youth and adolescents in their own growth processes. The first appointment allows getting to know the case, assessing what type of therapy is most suitable, and explaining the work methodology without commitment.
