The company has its own specialist technicians and has a repair workshop at the back of the establishment, complemented by a store in the front area where watchmaking products and components can be purchased.

The company's repair system includes four distinct phases:

Regarding available products, the company sells a variety of components and materials for watchmaking including hands, cases, boxes, straps, crystals, movements, pins, cells and batteries. It also has consumables and specific tools for the sector. The watch range covers different types such as wristwatches, wall clocks, table clocks and alarm clocks, with special variety in the Casio brand.

The establishment functions as a physical point where immediate strap adjustments and time setting are performed, in addition to offering direct advice on products and repairs. Customer service is provided by phone, email and WhatsApp during established hours. The company has certification to repair multiple watch brands and maintains a stock of top-quality spare parts for different types of technical interventions.
