Lepant Residencial obtained the highest rating in the last agreement, being the residence with the highest score in Catalunya. The center groups residents according to their level of autonomy and physical or cognitive needs, creating similar environments that facilitate individualized care and improve daily comfort.

The facilities have features designed for the daily life of residents and families:

- Own kitchen that prepares Mediterranean menus adapted to tastes and needs

The team develops activities based on emotional connectors that stimulate the mind and strengthen bonds. These connectors focus on five areas that promote emotional well-being: animals, nature, childhood, art and culture, and feeling useful. Animal-assisted therapies allow coexistence with pets, including the possibility for each resident to bring their own pet.

The center has subsidized places. To streamline admission, it is recommended to first process the direct application at the residence and subsequently register on the official waiting list. This formula facilitates access to the center.
