- Residential service for those who require permanent stay
- Day centre for those who need daytime care while maintaining their usual home

Available options include attention as soon as possible, during the morning between 10 and 14 hours, or in the afternoon from 14 to 18:30 hours. The centre commits to making telephone contact to resolve doubts and organise visits to the facilities.

In case telephone contact cannot be established, the service offers the possibility of communication through WhatsApp Business, although this platform is not part of the centre's own services but belongs to a third party. The data provided is processed exclusively to manage enquiries and organise informative visits.
