L'Hort de la Riera offers personal group retreats conceived as spaces for pause and care in the Montserrat valley. The house is surrounded by views of the Cornet forests and at the foot of a stream, creating a safe and tranquil environment designed to promote calmness, inner listening and reconnection with oneself.
The retreats combine several therapeutic elements that serve wellbeing:
- Conscious and healthy eating throughout the stay
- Conscious rest practices
- Direct contact with the surrounding nature
- Professional support sessions with therapists
During the retreats, each person has the opportunity to explore deep personal aspects and support their emotional and spiritual growth. The aim is to reduce stress, regain clarity and return to daily life with greater presence and vitality. Participants can acquire practical tools that are then integrated into everyday life.
The facilities include rooms with private bathrooms, swimming pool, outdoor sports area and activities room. There is also the possibility to book personalized treatments before arrival or during the stay, carried out by the house's team of therapists. The therapies are available in both individual and group formats.
Outside the scheduled retreats, you can come solely to have sessions or treatments during the week. Group therapies can be contracted by external groups seeking to experience these activities in the natural environment of the house. The space allows you to disconnect from the daily rhythm in a supportive atmosphere that promotes physical, mental and emotional balance.
