The service operates 24 hours a day and allows advance bookings through multiple communication channels. Booking is completed in three steps: indicate pick-up point, time and destination, choose payment method and confirm the transfer. All drivers hold an official licence from the Institut Metropolità del Taxi.
Fares are regulated by IMET and updated annually to maintain fair and transparent prices across the network. The charging system includes various fare types depending on time and route.
Official supplements apply when the origin or destination is Josep Tarradellas El Prat Airport or Moll Adossat Cruise Port.
Payment options include card, cash or PayPal, making it easy to complete the journey according to each user's preferences. The confirmation system works by phone or WhatsApp to verify transfer details before the service.
