About us
The service focuses on accessible transport for people with reduced mobility in Barcelona and its metropolitan area. The fleet includes adapted vehicles with up to 8 seats equipped with specific features to facilitate access and ensure a safe journey from pick-up to destination.
Availability covers 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Bookings can be made through three different channels:
- Direct phone call
- WhatsApp message
- Contact form on the website
All drivers have received specific training in assistance for people with motor disabilities. The service operates under a door-to-door model, picking up the user at the indicated location and taking them directly to their destination without transfers or intermediate stops.
The coverage area includes Barcelona city and its entire metropolitan area. Common routes include trips to medical services, transfers to Barcelona airport and tourist tours of the city. The service also covers journeys between municipalities in the metropolitan area, such as Sant Cugat and Terrassa.
Operations prioritize punctuality for each service. Vehicles are equipped with the necessary adaptations for transporting people in wheelchairs, ensuring both accessibility and comfort throughout the journey. The waiting time from request to pick-up is adjusted according to the immediate availability of the fleet at any given moment.
