About us
Agency founded in 2006 with 6 offices distributed across Barcelona, Murcia and Madrid. Its business model is based on eliminating intermediaries, which allows offering more competitive rates and more direct customer service. The team is trained to design trips adapted to the specific needs of each client.
The agency works in different areas of tourism:
- Airline consolidator with a search system that shows the final price from the first query
- Design of private tours according to each client's requirements
- Assistance to and from the airport
- Promotion of lesser-known tourist areas both in Spain and other countries
As part of its activity as an airline consolidator, the platform allows searching for flights by specifying origin, destination, dates and number of passengers, differentiating between adults, children and infants. The system offers options for both return flights and one-way only.
The agency also acts as a promoter of tourism activity in areas that require greater visibility due to lack of destination awareness. This line of work covers Spanish territories and international destinations, seeking to encourage tourism in places with untapped potential. The approach includes organizing trips that connect people with their places of origin, under the concept of rediscovering the territory as a tourist.
The offices are strategically located in three Spanish cities, which facilitates face-to-face customer service for clients from different geographical areas. The Barcelona headquarters is located at calle Oristà, 43. The company operates under the business name EUROSTAR EXPRES SL and maintains a record of web user data processing activities in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation.
