About us
Bestours Viajes works from a client's initial idea to shape travel experiences tailored to what each person wants to experience. The team of Leisure Travel Designers designs each itinerary with precision, taking into account the available time and each client's way of traveling, so that everything flows from the very first moment.
The agency organizes trips according to different preferences: calm and peace in destinations such as Zanzibar, the Maldives or the Seychelles; dynamism and vitality in places like Marrakech, Dubai or Mykonos; nature in its purest form in Peru, Argentina or Tanzania; and culture and wisdom in Colombia, Morocco or Cuba.
The Concierge service is available at three stages of the process:
- Before the trip, during planning and booking
- During the trip, with real-time assistance
- After the trip, for follow-up and feedback
The agency has a presence at PURE Life Experiences, the international experiential luxury tourism fair. It organizes FAM TRIPS for its team, such as those carried out to Sri Lanka and the Azores Islands, which allows the Leisure Travel Designers to experience the destinations first-hand. Among the designed proposals are experiences such as a tour of Canada with access to the Formula 1 Grand Prix, which includes Toronto, Ottawa, Quebec and Montreal.
Bestours Viajes has two offices with in-person service. The Barcelona office is located at Consell de Cent 334-336 and is open Monday to Friday in the morning from 9:30 to 14:00 and in the afternoon from 15:30 to 19:00. The Madrid office is located at Orense 34, fourth floor of Edificio Iberia Mart II, with continuous hours from 8:30 to 20:30. Clients can request an appointment or contact the team directly to begin the design process for their trip.
