About us
This agency has been connecting Spain with Latin America for two decades, focusing on facilitating family reunions for the Latin community. It has four physical offices in Barcelona and a telephone service center that serves all of Spain, including videoconferencing.
The agency maintains direct access to rates and all available seats from airlines, which allows it to offer flight options to cities such as Guayaquil, Quito, Lima, Trujillo, Bogotá, Medellín, Cali, Barranquilla, Santo Domingo, Santa Cruz, La Paz, Caracas, San Pedro Sula, Tegucigalpa, Palmerola, Asunción, Ciudad del Este and Foz de Iguazú.
- Monthly installment financing system without payroll and without interest
- Includes two 23-kilo suitcases plus one 10-kilo carry-on bag on many tickets
- Possibility of reserving a seat at no cost for 24 hours
- Condal Club loyalty program that accumulates points redeemable for discounts, additional services or free tickets
For those who prefer to manage their reservations independently, the agency offers access to its sister platform Aerofertas.com, where customers can search for dates and rates while maintaining the same service reliability.
The financing model allows payment for tickets in modalities ranging from three to twelve installments, adapting to different economic needs. This payment flexibility is combined with expanded baggage allowances, designed specifically for long-distance family trips.
The agency's trajectory focuses on understanding the emotional value of each journey and the effort it represents for families separated by the ocean. The service includes assistance throughout the purchase and travel preparation process, both at physical offices and through remote service channels.
