About us
This travel agency operates from its office located at Plaza Catalunya 1, 4th Floor, offering in-person and telephone advice for planning international trips. Its area of work focuses on long-distance destinations, especially on continents such as Africa, America and Asia, where it manages both organized packages and proposals tailored to each traveler's preferences.
Among the destinations it regularly works with are:
- Kenya with safaris and accommodation in lodges such as Samburu Sopa Lodge and Lake Nakuru Sopa Lodge
- Costa Rica with itineraries including Tortuguero, Arenal Volcano, Monteverde and Manuel Antonio
- Japan with tours through Osaka, Kyoto, Nara, Takayama, Hakone and Tokyo
- Thailand, Vietnam, China, Egypt, Tunisia and Morocco
The agency handles pre-trip documentation, such as processing electronic visas or entry permits depending on the destination country. It also coordinates transfers from the arrival airport, assignment of local guides and accommodation bookings at each stage of the itinerary. During the trip, they maintain communication with clients to resolve incidents or answer queries.
The tours include different meal plan options depending on the destination. In some cases, full board is offered during specific sections of the itinerary, such as in the Tortuguero area in Costa Rica, or lunches and dinners included on certain days of the tour through Japan. The packages combine visits to cities, natural parks, monuments and local experiences.
To request a tailor-made trip, the agency asks that you indicate the desired destination, number of travelers and approximate dates. Based on that information, they prepare a customized proposal. Contact can be made by phone, email or by requesting an appointment at the Barcelona office.
