About us

The notary office is located in El Camp de l'Arpa del Clot, near Sagrada Familia, an area with tradition and neighborhood life. Since 2023, Lucía Rodríguez Rodríguez and Ignacio Navarro Martín practice as notaries, the latter also a notary in La Sénia (Tarragona) since that same year, moving to Barcelona in 2025. Both bring solid legal training and professional experience.

The office works with flexible hours to adapt to each client's needs. Procedures are explained step by step, ensuring that each person understands the details of their process. Service is structured around listening first and acting afterwards, ensuring that each case receives the necessary approach.

- Granting of notarial powers of attorney for legal, administrative or banking acts

In immigration matters, the notary office handles nationality oaths, apostilles and provisional NIE. It also offers document, signature and copy authentication services to guarantee their legal validity. Acts of record of facts document situations such as deliveries, draws or statements. Additionally, it facilitates official second copies of notarial deeds.

The team has clerks who accompany the entire process, from initial contact until after signing. Availability to resolve doubts is maintained throughout the entire procedure, ensuring that each client can make contact when needed. Reception staff complete a service designed to make all notarial procedures accessible and understandable.
